Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return

- Follow the instructions to submit your return request.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and further instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
